one of the best home care services! all the nurses are great and very handle with care, they are in detail regarding taking care my parent-in-law. their focus on hygiene and make sure my father-in-law to stay active, which I feel very delighted by seeing him with a good hand.
I reached out to Homage Home Care when i was really in urgent need. It was very last minute. I called them at 4pm and was able to get a Care Pro within minutes for a 10pm assignment that same night! The person i spoke to, Gillian,was very calm and made me feel at ease and helped me through the process as i was a first timer. Truly appreciate her help. Overall,it was a very positive experience and their service is highly recommended by me.
My mother experienced difficuIties in walking a week ago. I have been working from home to take care of her. I remembered I read about Homage Home care through Instagram. I decided to engage a part time care giver from them when I returned to office. Registration and application was simple and fast. They assigned to this 25yo young lady Joy Goh. Joy is a friendly and cheerful girl. She helped my mother to get lunch, do grocery shopping, changed bedsheet, boil water. She also creates small talks with my mother, and offered to sweep/mop the floor too. My mother was comfortable to have Joy around. Thank you Joy.
It was such hassle free experience using Homage services. Gillian was very helpful in sharing information about their services as it was my first time having to opt for caregivers to assist my elderly mom who just had a surgery. Caregiver, Serene Kho is extremely warm n hearty when she met us and my mom was very comfortable with her. She was meticulous and gave great companionship to my mom during the 5hrs she was here. Highly recommended Homage to anyone who needs an extra hand or just to head out for a breather while caring for our loved ones.
